Thank you for shopping at ErgoPillows. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

To start a return, please contact us at support@ergopillows.online with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@ergopillows.online


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
